Our Wedding

Event Location and Date

We are getting married at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego, CA. Our wedding date is October 6, 2012 and we can’t wait to see all of our friends and family for the wonderful affair! We chose the Lodge as our wedding location as it is a great San Diego destination, and seemed to best encompass the aura of our lives together.

Event Details

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM on the Croquet Lawn at the Lodge. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and reception at the same location. The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors and will include dinner, drinks and dancing to your heart’s content!

About the Lodge

The Lodge is known for its post-and-beam construction, expansive spaces, respect for the natural landscape and integration of indoor/outdoor living, The Lodge at Torrey Pines is said to pay homage to the California Craftsman style of architecture of the early 1900s.  Arriving guests are greeted at The Lodge's grand porte-cochère by doormen attired in kilted Scottish dress. Inside guests are greeted by a warm and inviting lobby, complete with rocking chairs and a grand fireplace.  Guests will enjoy the on-site restuarant and bar, as weel as the amazing views of the Torrey Pines Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean.
